  • Yes! You are welcome to review our Therapists profiles to see if you feel inclined to a specific therapist. We will then help ensure you and your specific needs are matched to the right therapist, with their approach and background.

It is important to us to help you find the right fit, after learning more about why you’re seeking therapy.

  • Just take a few deep breaths. We know it can be uncomfortable. Yet therapy is meant to be a hopeful journey we take together. We recommend coming a few minutes early to chill in our waiting area and get yourself a drink from our tea/coffee station.

On the practical side, please try to fill out this Client Intake packet, as much as you are able. This packet includes some agreements and allows you to share on your own history. During the session, your therapist will review this with you, to answer any questions and begin getting to know you.
